Pharadev CMS: Bilingual Admin Console & AI Connector

Bilingual businesses in the Gulf need websites their own teams can run: Arabic that is genuinely right-to-left rather than a translation bolted on afterwards, enquiries handled with care for personal data, and everyday changes that don't wait on a developer. They also want to put AI assistants to work on their content without handing those tools the keys to everything.

What we built

We built our own headless CMS, a Go API on PostgreSQL with S3-compatible media storage, and a React admin console. It runs TEPCO KSA and pharadev.com and powers Svet Peace Project's new site. Editors work beside a live preview of the real page, in English or Arabic with a full right-to-left interface, and nothing publishes until its Arabic is complete. Every save keeps a revision, six roles limit who can do what, enquiries arrive typed and routed with a retention date, and an append-only audit log records each change. An MCP connector lets a team plug Claude or another AI app straight into its content: access is granted scope by scope behind two-factor authentication, and the AI only ever creates drafts.

Tech stack

  • Go
  • PostgreSQL
  • MinIO (S3)
  • React
  • Vite
  • TanStack Query
  • Tailwind CSS
  • i18next (EN/AR)
  • MCP
  • OAuth 2.1

A closer look

Screens from the system in everyday use. Swipe, or use the arrows, and select any image to enlarge it.

Records are edited beside the real page they appear on, with publish, schedule and history in one place.
One overview of what needs attention and what is live.
Every collection shows where it appears on the site and whether its Arabic is complete.
One searchable library for every picture and file the website uses.
Website enquiries arrive routed and typed, each with a retention date. Shown with demo data.
Every change is recorded: who made it, what changed and when.
Locales, the Arabic publish rule, maintenance mode and email templates, managed in one place.
Six roles, each limited to the work it needs.
Connecting an AI app is granted scope by scope, and only with two-factor authentication turned on.
Ask Claude about your content and it reads the CMS directly.

Highlights

  • Bilingual console with an Arabic publish gate
  • Roles, each limited to its own work
  • AI connector tools, draft-only
  • Required before any AI app connects

UNIVO: Student Life App & Institutional LMS

Business Circles set out to give students one place for their whole university life, and to give institutions the early warning a conventional LMS can't. Students juggle separate apps for study, planning, wellbeing and careers, and their effort stays invisible; universities typically learn that a student was struggling only once the grades are in. The brief was a consumer-grade student app and a multi-tenant institutional LMS sharing one data core, in English and Arabic from day one.

Tepco KSA2026

TEPCO KSA: Bilingual Manufacturer Platform

TEPCO KSA is a Saudi manufacturer of low- and medium-voltage electrical distribution systems, selling into a demanding technical audience: SEC and utility procurement engineers, EPC contractors on megaprojects, and industrial buyers who judge a supplier's credibility in under two minutes and read in both English and Arabic. The company needed a site that could carry that scrutiny — fully bilingual with genuine right-to-left parity rather than a translated afterthought, specification-dense enough to satisfy engineers, and distinct from the interchangeable corporate-blue template every competitor uses — all without overstating its credentials.

Svet Peace Project2026

Svet Peace Project: Nonprofit Website & CMS

Svet Peace Project runs small, sliding-scale seminars in which teenagers close-read great works together, an approach that began by seating students from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus around the same text. Its old site was a single static scroll: the core message lived inside images that search engines and screen readers could not read, there was no SEO foundation, and both applying and donating sent visitors off to third-party pages. With two founders and no developer on retainer, the organisation needed a site that donors and institutions would trust, and that it could keep current on its own.
