Svet Peace Project: Nonprofit Website & CMS

Svet Peace Project runs small, sliding-scale seminars in which teenagers close-read great works together, an approach that began by seating students from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus around the same text. Its old site was a single static scroll: the core message lived inside images that search engines and screen readers could not read, there was no SEO foundation, and both applying and donating sent visitors off to third-party pages. With two founders and no developer on retainer, the organisation needed a site that donors and institutions would trust, and that it could keep current on its own.

What we built

We rebuilt the site from scratch as a Next.js platform of 31 linkable pages on an adapted Pharadev CMS (Go and PostgreSQL), with an admin console where staff manage 17 content types, from courses and cohorts to press, partners, impact figures and fundraising goals. Applications now arrive through an on-site form straight into the CMS, with parental consent built in, and donations happen on the page through an embedded Givebutter form whose goal bar reads live campaign figures. Structured data for courses, articles and the organisation, an animated hero, and a warm editorial identity drawn from the logo's orange sunburst complete the rebuild.

A custom illustration explains the seminar format: ten students, one work, no lecture.
The course catalogue comes from the CMS, with status and format filters and dates that staff keep up to date.
The new on-site application form replaced a Google Form. Applications go straight into the CMS.
Donations happen on the page through an embedded Givebutter form. The goal bar shows live campaign figures.
Impact figures and survey results are content records that staff edit in the CMS.
Student projects are a CMS collection, shown as a carousel on the homepage and in full on their own page.
Press coverage is a CMS collection, with labels for format and paywall status.
On phones the hero drops the photo and puts the text first.

Highlights

  • Apply and donate without leaving the site
  • Linkable pages, replacing a single scroll
  • Content types the team edits without a developer

Tepco KSA2026

TEPCO KSA: Bilingual Manufacturer Platform

TEPCO KSA is a Saudi manufacturer of low- and medium-voltage electrical distribution systems, selling into a demanding technical audience: SEC and utility procurement engineers, EPC contractors on megaprojects, and industrial buyers who judge a supplier's credibility in under two minutes and read in both English and Arabic. The company needed a site that could carry that scrutiny — fully bilingual with genuine right-to-left parity rather than a translated afterthought, specification-dense enough to satisfy engineers, and distinct from the interchangeable corporate-blue template every competitor uses — all without overstating its credentials.

Business Circles2026

UNIVO: Student Life App & Institutional LMS

Business Circles set out to give students one place for their whole university life, and to give institutions the early warning a conventional LMS can't. Students juggle separate apps for study, planning, wellbeing and careers, and their effort stays invisible; universities typically learn that a student was struggling only once the grades are in. The brief was a consumer-grade student app and a multi-tenant institutional LMS sharing one data core, in English and Arabic from day one.

Y/DIRECTION2026

Y/DIRECTION: Bilingual Agency Platform

Y/DIRECTION launched as a Cairo-born creative and strategy agency positioning itself as "the questioning agency" — a promise a conventional agency website would immediately undercut. It needed a site that demonstrated the thesis rather than asserting it: Arabic and English carried as equals with genuine RTL rather than a mirrored translation, a deliberately small page count instead of the twenty-page agency convention, and enough editorial craft to survive prospects who judge a partner in under a minute.
